Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: 160 Liverpool Street Fredericton NB E3B 4V5. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Third Party Merchandise

Some merchandise could possibly come from a third party. Any such merchandise that requires refund must first be accepted by us (Twinkle & Sparkles). Once accepted if refund is required item must be shipped to third party at customers expense and shipping prices may vary from time to time. Once approved by third party refund will be issued. This can cause some type of waiting period before refund is issued and we (Twinkle & Sparkles) are not responsible as to how long it may take due to shipping times or delays.

  1. We ordered pool in April and was promised by June and it is not here, I am not interested in waiting around any longer and I demand a refund immediately

    Pool was ordered under my fiancé’s name Kristin Doucette and my name is Steve Metz

    We have been more than patient and you have not kept up your end of the deal, we clearly feel we’ve been mislead and you have made no attempt to reach out to us to keep us in the loop or to provide us with tacking detail and or reassurance that our pool will arrive.

    If a refund is not issued to us in the full amount by tommorrw I will make a fraudulent claim to my credit card company and will alert the proper authorities of your unlawful business dealings, I am beyond frustrated, your service has been misleading and crooked and suggesting that you cannot issue refunds just tells me your running a Damn scam. I own a business And this is not how a business treats its clients
